● Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan.

● The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan is our country of domicile.

● Minors under the age of 16 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

● If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

● User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

We ask every new user to carefully read the sales agreement before filling out the application and pay attention to the principles and laws of the Internet and the customs followed among citizens and users of the Internet.

Warranty:

We provide One Year Manufacturer’s Warranty on all our items except for those, which we will clearly mention in product details.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

● If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can cancel your order within 24 hours and send the item back to us for full refund within one week in its original condition and with all accompanied accessories. The delivery charge will be deducted and the rest of amount will be refunded.

● Please note that we cannot accept return if the product original packing seal is broken as it will be non-sellable condition.

● Order will be cancelled if not picked up or delivered (due to customer’s wrong address & contact details) within 3 working days.

●In the event that the customer requests to cancel the order after the order has been shipped to the customer, the customer shall bear the return shipment fee, which is 3 Jordanian dinars.

●The prices of the products are as they are at the time of the order and any change or reduction after the order does not change the purchase agreement of the order and the buyer is not entitled to claim any amounts.

●Your use of the site means your acceptance and commitment to all the terms of this agreement.
