How Can I Order From The Website?
Ordering from the website is easy. Once you add the products to the cart, fill out the order form with the correct information and send it, you will complete the first step. Then you will be contacted by us to confirm your request. After that, you will receive an email/whatsapp message including the tracking number for your order, after which you can track your order through Aramex website or through their smart phone applicationÂ
*If the order has passed 24 hours and the customer has not confirmed the payment method, the request will be canceled to release the reservation for the requested goods.
What are the available payment methods?
Payment methods are currently limited to:
·     Cash on Delivery
·     Zain Cash
·     Prior bank transfer to the company’s account
·     Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card Only in Aramex Offices
What currency is used on the site?
The used and approved currency is the Jordanian Dinar.
Can I cancel my order? And how?
Yes, you can .. Submit a request by send email to [email protected] or call Sales support:Â 0788028588 / 0790778850 Â the request will be canceled directly.
The customer bears the fees of returning the shipment which is 3 Jordanian dinars, if the order is shipped to the customer.
